My First Rain in CA

The rumors floating around the office were true...LA got hit by a rain storm yesterday that lingered and lasted through today. I know everyone has seen rain before, so the video isn't anything spectacular...just seemed odd to me to be standing outside my door with such torrential rain coming down. There wasn't any lightning or thunder, but it was loud upstairs from the drops hitting the skylights.

Pete and Mike are away in Vegas celebrating Mike's birthday. It's nice to have a weekend to recover physically and mentally from work and partying.

Despite taking a sick day Friday, i worked 53.5 hours this past week. Good thing I enjoy doing it.
