My Routine

My schedule has kind of molded and evolved itself into a structured routine. It's not too bad. Structure is nice.

I don't really feel like my job is...a real held-down-by-the-man job. I feel like it's a means to get money to eventually go back to Michigan. I take it seriously...but not too seriously. I have the same mentality that I had last summer, even though I'm not coming back this time after 10 weeks.

I was recognized by my boss, his boss, and the CEO on my hard work on the latest movie campaign i worked on. It's nice to be appreciated. They might give me an iPhone for my efforts, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm finally going to have a chance to play tennis. Jessie told me there is a park nearby that rents racquets. We're going to have a showdown today at 5. Hopefully it's some good competition, since my last racquetball experience here wasn't that great. It's great weather out, so at least it will be a good chance to be outside.

It was another nice sunny Sunday, and i was able to wash my car. I'm going down to the garage now to wax it after i post. I have the whole garage to myself for a while because Pete was at a wedding in the midwest this weekend. He'll get back later tonight sometime.

Not too much else to report. Things are still going well. Boring post i know, but boring news is better than no news.

I'll update later on how the tennis match went.


UPDATE:

6-1 6-0. Oh well. It was fun being on the courts again. I just need frank to fly out here so i can have some real competition...
