2 Cultures, 2 Grand
So i left off last post heading south to Chinatown. It was a pretty decent day weatherwise, and it was nice to walk around outside for a couple hours, and of course hanging out with friends is never a bad thing, but that's about all the positive things i can say about Pseudochina. We ate at a resaurant selling dimsum, and i tried to keep an open mind. Saying the food was bad is a little too harsh, since I was hungry and the food was (mostly) eatable. It reminded me of farm home cooking in Indiana where a weird preperation of eggs were on most items, and it tasted like everything was cooked in rusty well water. We stayed in C-Town for msot of the day, going from shop to shop. They all mainly sold touristy type things you would expect to say 'made in china' underneith them. I saw nothing i would ever buy...except maybe a sword. We decided to head home and made it back to Lucy's car. On the way back we decided to go over to Shane's to eat salmon that Lucy had promised to prepare for us.
A couple of movies, games, and burned salmon strips later, we met up with Pete and Mike and walked to a nearby british pub. The name of the bar was actually 'british pub', and im pretty sure us 5 were the only ones without an english accent. we drank there until they kicked us out around midnight or so. I really have no idea what time it actually was, but it seemed early. I guess they work on GMT.
My roommates and I weren't done with our night so we separated from the other two and brought the party home with a few games of beer pong in the garage. After that i was done for the night.
I woke up the next morning not feeling well, but felt better when i saw i had an offer on my scooter. I decided to take it, and set up a pick up time with the buyer. He came last night and finalized the deal. He paid cash.

It's a pretty thick wad of dough. Haha...wad...
Well Pete is bringing home Panda so i don't want to miss that. I'll write again soon, if anyone still reads this. If you do, you can always leave a comment.
