My New Parking Row
A few days ago after I got my new parking spot, I asked teh office manager who parked directly next to me. I hadn't seen anyone there and was wondering how long i could encroach on their spot so i could avoid the wall and potential scrapes. She told me there was once someone parking there, but it was deemed too small for two cars, so i have BOTH marked spaces to park from now on. Not too bad! With the exception of Shane who is in the same sort of scenario on the upper level, I have the biggest parking spot at work.
The van you see in the picture from last post is the 'PA Van' that just sits there and waits for a time when a PA needs to make a run with a lot of cargo (not too terribly often). Two days ago it decided to completely die and they had to call in a towtruck to pull it out. It hasn't been replaced, so that means i know have a HUGE parking space for just myself. I feel like parking long-ways and leaving my doors wide open to take advantage of the expansive landscape I inherited. In a company legendary for terrible cramped parking, I have the largest parking space my car has ever been in.
